Works well
Easy to use and works well. It seems the bugs from the older reviews have been fixed as I am not seeing any issues using the app.
Not great
Not a very good app overall. Very slow to load and frequently crashes or becomes unusable at peak times (Midday is reset for our company) and you can’t even open the app without connection errors and it refusing to load. They must be aware it’s extremely slow as every single action comes with a “please be patient” message.
Even when it does load it’s very slow and clunky to do anything. You can’t set a default time so you have to reset every day for every booking.
Their website portal isn’t much better either if you didn’t want to use the app.

Makes no sense
Have to go through 6+ taps just to pick the end time for a booking makes no sense. The fact that you can’t set any defaults (duration/room/desk) is a huge drawback. The whole app needs re-thinking.
