Many mistakes and impossible to contact
While the concept is great, the wait times are often way longer than stated. Additionally, there is zero way to reach out to the people behind this if something is wrong with your order. They have restaurants listed that are permanently closed, and the app doesn’t really track what it’s supposed to. Whoever runs this needs to do better.

After certain people left, this app has gotten significantly worse

App does not work. Every time I press “check out” the app crashes. I’ve never actually been able to order ANYTHING from this app
Terrible Service
This is the worst app on this platform. Food takes forever and there is no communication, and they never get back to you about refunds. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to keep using this service.
