Can’t update location
The app won’t let me change to my local store. It defaults to Brooklyn, I try to type in my location, the results don’t load. I can’t select it from the map either. I also can’t use my rewards when I’m ordering on the website, so do I just have to wait for the app to improve to get my $20 off?
Unusable
Food is great but you can't get it from the app. I can't even finish putting things in the cart because it's constantly hanging and freezing.
Please fix the app
There is serious bug in this app that needs to be fixed, otherwise it is almost like a scam. The rewards points is set up in a way that you need to hit 200 points exact to be able to redeem. How likely is that? If the points say accumulate to 201, then they upgrade your member level and deduct 200 points off. The most amazing thing, once you reach the highest member level, and your points stops at 199, and then payment is declined. What a wonderful design. I am a software engineer, if this is a bug, then the developer needs to be fired. If this is on purpose, the app needs to be taken off, as there’s serious fraud in it.

The app is trash. The $10 off reward does not apply no matter i do. There is no way to contact them
