Unusable
Food is great but you can't get it from the app. I can't even finish putting things in the cart because it's constantly hanging and freezing.
Please fix the app
There is serious bug in this app that needs to be fixed, otherwise it is almost like a scam. The rewards points is set up in a way that you need to hit 200 points exact to be able to redeem. How likely is that? If the points say accumulate to 201, then they upgrade your member level and deduct 200 points off. The most amazing thing, once you reach the highest member level, and your points stops at 199, and then payment is declined. What a wonderful design. I am a software engineer, if this is a bug, then the developer needs to be fired. If this is on purpose, the app needs to be taken off, as there’s serious fraud in it.

My favorite breakfast
I love this food. Xiao Long Bao is my most favorite food when I lived in Shanghai. Nan Xiang is the the place where Xiao Long Bao is originated. Every time to Nan Xiang, I feels like I am back to my hometown. Nan Xiang not only offers Xiao Long Bao but also other Shanghai foods such as pan fried pork buns, scallion pancake, and Shanghai fried rice cake, etc. If you are looking for Shanghai food, this is the right place. This App is easy for me to order and get my needs. The rewards program offer me a great benefit as a loyalty customer. Therefore, I higher recommend this place and app to anyone who are interested in soup dumplings, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao!

Waste of time
The app gives you a $10 credit when you download but you cannot use it on any order over $10. So if you order one soup dumplings, you can’t use the credit. It can only be used on $10 and under. It also does not give you much information on if the order is received or ready.

I thought the other reviews saying that the app doesn’t work or take orders must be wrong. But they are correct. I placed two orders, put in my credit card info, got the confirmation. I called the restaurant 30 minutes later and they did not receive the order. I didn’t get charged either. But there is no order history. So it’s a dummy app. Doesn’t actually do anything.
