This app uses the same name as Sony’s app and i foolishly thought it was made by Sony. It will not connect to my camera at all and i already spent $12.99 on it. I have no clue how to get my refund because their support pages will not load. DO NOT BUY!!

Sehr schlecht

Erst nach dem Kauf stellt man fest, dass die funktionierenden Kameras alte Modelle sind. Nicht für z. B. Vlogkamera Sony ZV E10 oder E10 II. Finger weg.

Do not buy!

Pretty sure this has to be a scam. The app tricks you by allowing you to control your camera with your phone, but the minute you try to adjust any setting or try to take a picture, the app freezes and locks you out with a loading screen that never goes away. Complete waste of money. App doesn’t even have a setting to download the pictures you have taken to your phone. Why is apple allowing this on their App Store??

Cannot connect a Sony PlayMemories camera as claimed.

I cannot connect my DSC-QX30, despite the developer’s claim “GoCamera supports all Sony PlayMemories cameras. We tested GoCamera with the following camera models:

Sony DSC-QX10
Sony DSC-QX100 ”
I do understand the DSC-QX30 is not on your tested list, but perhaps you could provide a disclaimer to the effect “we cannot be sure cameras not on the list below will function. To this end, we are offering a one week trial period to ensure you can connect.”

I did request a refund from Apple within minutes of buying and unsuccessfully attempting to connect my camera. Here’s hoping it is approved and I have not wasted my $12.99

Does not work with A7III

Bought this to be able to share my pictures to my phone everyone said you needed the play memories app but it does not work. I than found out that there are other apps for sony and this app is not compatible with A7III, requesting a refund.

We are sorry that you are experiencing issues. As written in our screenshots and App Store description, your camera model does not support der Sony PlayMemories interface. Therefore, it does unfortunately not work with GoCamera.

根本用不了啊，搜索了各种视频都没有任何关于这个软件的教程，打开就是一个连接界面，根本了解不了，没有任何设置，就TM买了个摆设，啥也用不了，啥设置弄不了，应该是好几年没人用的软件了吧。咨询咨询不了，反馈反馈不了，投诉投诉不了，98块钱那个软件用不了也太生气了……

This app doesn’t work at all

I just bought a brand new Sony alpha 7, was wondering how to share pictures on my phone because I don’t have a laptop. It says that you have to download that app which cost 15$ and it’s doesn’t work whatever I tried to do. Just unable to connect. I’m very disappointed in that service. Would be great to get money back

Nicht zu empfehlen

Verbindung lässt sich nur kurz koppeln. Man kann leider auch nur den Auslöser über die Kamera aktivieren. Zum Datentransfer von Bildern nicht möglich.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die verwendbaren Funktionen hängen leider stark von ihrem Kamera-Modell ab. Ein Transfer aufgenommener Bilder ist möglich, sofern der Auslöser am iPhone verwendet wurde. Hierfür findet sich eine Einstellung in der App.
