Had 10+ orders and following all directions and none of them tracked. They keep the money and make all stores say “this merchant doesn’t support missing cash back claims” so they keep your money

Scam company, fake reviews
This company does not pay you and does not support missing cashback claims. I made two purchases on the same website via two different cashback websites; one paid the next day, but the purchase via GoCashBack simply disappeared. I then noticed that all my previous purchases via GoCashBack were not tracked. Their customer support even questioned me about not using their portal, which I did. I hope Cashbackholic removes it.

I made a big purchase. Case back was not logged. When I emailed them they said the merchant does not support missing cash back claims and they cannot help. Do not download, it’s a scam.

Horrible Horrible App
They make you wait 4-6 months to give you your cashback, then they ask you for proof of purchase. What’s the point of them tracking your order if they want a receipt after 6 months? My email account deletes messages after 3 months. Point is I waited 4-6 months and didn’t receive my cashback. They just used me and my data then kicked me to the curb. DONT USE THIS APP!

App crushes
I don’t know if the app is not compatible with the 14.2 or what. I had to try for like 10 times typing the information again and again because every time I tried to submit missing claims the app crushed when I add pictures. Then finally it worked somehow, but next claim, crushes again. And the only reason I downloaded this app is their website has some glitch or something like that which ask you to upload pictures when you already have. So stupid. Customer service asked me to download the app so I did. But the app is not any better. An advice: hire some good coder and improve!
