Horrible
Super slow, tiny buttons, geolocation doesn’t work, signs you out despite enabling the “stay signed in for 30 days”, constantly shows a refresh for update button but does nothing - if you’re using this as a mobile time keeper, expect your punch in & out to be delayed each time and/or for it to glitch out regularly. Reached out to GoCo numerous times & they’ve done nothing. Our employees hate it

Reliable and easy
This app has really come a long way! I love the push notifs and how easy it is to navigate.
Approach with Great Caution
The app is clunky, regularly glitches, and data in system is not always accurate. Customer support is nonexistent. Client success team spends more time offboarding clients than retaining. Look elsewhere. Unlikely to be in business for long.
Terrible
We’ve had them for one pay cycle. They told us that they accidentally didn’t take out our 401k contributions. To add salt to the wound, they still haven’t direct deposited last weeks pay checks. It shouldn’t be that hard. One job, folks.
Great app
I can sign documents, check balances and request time off, manage my benefits and access my personnel documents on here. Its never been slow, which most employee business apps tend to be. Solid app!
