Poor customer service

The app stopped working after VW made some essential updates to my cars software. The app never worked after that. The chat function requests with VW went unanswered. Disappointing customer service levels from VW.

Workshop Listing

The dealer workshop listing is out of date. My dealer isn’t in the list therefore I can’t connect my car to the app. Please add Bayford Preston Victoria Australia

Near useless

It’s quicker to walk outside and check battery levels etc than rely on this slow, inefficient product.

Essentially pointless

Doesn’t update current level of charge- our car is currently plugged in but states that last charged yesterday. This is the only useful function of this app and it doesn’t reflect up to date information
