Can’t upgrade device firmware. This camera/doorbell is so not working for me.
Disappointing camera doorbell
When someone rings your doorbell and you try to open the application to answer it immediately crashes and closes. If you reopen the application you get a notification: “the application is busy.” After repeated attempts to see who is at your doorbell it resets and allows you to see that who ever was there is no longer at your door. There has been no updates to the software in a long time and sadly it could be a good product but there is no support. Don’t waste your money on go control products.

Useless
It stopped capturing and notifying. Incompetent to nonexistent customer service. Now the unit doesn’t even work so no one can ring in. Of course I can remove device and add it back again and again...but how many times. Should be one and done.
Piece of junk
This app and the doorbell camera it goes with are total garbage.
Stopped working months ago with no resolution
This app stopped capturing video and events so it’s basically just allows a live feed from your doorbell with no ability to capture anything. No updates to the app in a really long time.
No way to signup for subscription
Free trial expired and looks like the device is no longer supported by GoControl or its holding company.
Garbage
This app, this equipment and interface is garbage! If I could have gave this app 0 negative stars I would have. It’s hard to get help adding an user, they don’t have a site that shows you HOW TO ADD A USER and it shouldn’t have a place on the App Store! This app belongs on the Play store.
Won't recognize my password
I'm using an iPhone 6s iOS 10.3.3 on T-Mobile. I change my password using forgot password then type it in at the login screen and it says I have the wrong password. I have tried 3 password and nothing. No way I'm typing them in wrong.
App works well but.....
App works well on iPhone and droid. But for some reason still doesn't work on the TMobile data network on iPhone but works on T-Mobile data network on android. Please fix
Gets the job done!
I just got the GoControl Doorbell Camera as a surprise and recently installed it. The app works well, supports push notifications, does setup and configuration.
Application ne sonne pas longtemps
Beau produit mais l'application dans le iPhone ne sonne que seulement une fois et est un son identique à plusieurs autre application s'il faudrait que le téléphone sonne aux moins 45 secondes et avoir comme son celui du sonnette de porte ou celle de notre choix
