Was using this app all the time for my clients to run a simple audit report after every install. At first I stopped being able to connect go 8000 series NVRs. I could still connect to the 9000 series. Now I’m not able to connect to run a report on 9000 series. Keeps saying NVR connection required and takes me back to scan serial number at which point says I’m connected already… just so frustrating, a good company like this isn’t staying on top of an app they brag about. Mickey Mouse in my opinion.
