Worst Logon Caching Ever
This app makes your life NOT any easier. It clears everything you type in when you switch to another app (Authenticator) to see your 6 digit pin. The latter refreshes in every 30 seconds and you’re expected to:
1. Face ID first into this app
2. Select Local Login
3. Select domain
4. Type username and password
5. Enter the pin (you should have memorised it from the other app cuz if you switch apps, this goes back to step 1 every time.
- all of this in 30 seconds.

Using this with Authenticator is useless
I can’t believe Thycotic/Delinea would put their name on this. First, bouncing between SS and Authenticator is impossible timing wise since Authenticator only gives you a code for 30 seconds and you have to start a fresh login if you leave SS to get the code. Secondly, it only allows a login right after installing the app. After that it never lets you login again. You have to delete and reinstall the app to get the one time login possibility. It’s junk, don’t waste your time.

Unable to sign in via Web Login
Once I complete the authentication process via the “Web Login” I get stuck with an error message indicating “Signing in to Secret Server”. Eventually fails to load and need to try again which ultimately fails again.
Consider Alternatives
This app is only slightly worse than the backend product that supports it. If you’re looking for enterprise password management, Dilenia is a sure fire way to piss off everyone that must suffer its use. The whole stack, including administration of the service, is a path down misery lane.
Completely unusable
After successfully authenticating, the app never loads.
Try to navigate to folders crashes the app.
