Tenant keeps getting hidden

Tenant keeps getting hidden and cannot retrieve the code. Sometimes the push notification will work. Reached out to support and got options to use other authenticators. Do not recommend this app until fixed and support is more helpful.

Doesn’t work

After scanning the QR code the app does nothing and does not register. However, the website thinks the device registered.

Keeps Losing Account Registration

I require the use of the authenticator regularly when working from home. Every week it seems to lose my registration, the push notification appears but Approving does nothing. I have to authenticate via email to log in, remove the authenticator app from my account and re-register. But then the next week it happens again.
