Glitchy and unresponsive
Hi dev team. I have been using my line since 2019, back when it was SmartLine. Then you guys came along and rolled out this app. It freezes on my brand new iPhone 17 Pro. Guys, when you release a product or a new feature, do you qa test it at all?
The app does even have Resolve and Unresolved buttons to clear in app notifications. Can you do better - if a user reads a message, the notification should be disappeared.
The back arrow works inconsistently. Sometimes you have to tap it several times before it responds, and then it suddenly jumps back two or three screens.
It is also very difficult to dismiss the keyboard, something iPhone users can normally do easily in other apps.
When scrolling, it freezes, then suddenly jumps much farther down than the user intended, like you are trying to use a glitchy Android phone. It is incredibly frustrating. I see the same behavior on both my old iPhone 16 Pro Max and my new iPhone 17 Pro.
When you swipe a message to delete it, the app lags and then finally responds. And no, please do not tell me to reinstall it. I have reinstalled it at least 100 times. The problem is your app. I only keep using it because all of our clients know this phone number.

Just no.
It used to be good before they switched it to Conversations. Now it’s glitchy, slow, and drops calls.

I use it everyday, it’s the best tool in my website’s arsenal. So glad my clients have a place to come & message me in one spot. I hate having to switch between social media, so having this is by far my favorite part of GoDaddy. Thank you!
Terrible
Slow, glitchy, non responsive, doesn’t sync contacts well or at all, no way of transfer data to your phone or another service, etc. switching service asap.

I tried to create a account and these people withdraw from my account for subscription and yet I am unable to login

Don’t Get It, crashes often
After subscribing for more then 3 years, the new version constantly crashes, doesn’t load in a timely fashion and kicks you out randomly.
I only use it because I haven’t had time to research another product to switch to.

Can not respond on the app
I cannot respond to my customers on the app.
When phone in zoom display it makes it hard to use text field
Any chance you can look into and perhaps fix the inability to text in this app when phone is in zoom display mode? I don’t know about anybody else, but I personally have to put my phone in zoom display to see everything larger and for whatever reason this app in zoom display makes it absolutely unusable for me when I try texting. The field where you type to text completely disappears and makes it so I cannot see what I’m texting. I’ll send you screenshots of how it’s impossible to use the app for texting when phone is in display zoom, just tell me where to send it! Thanks.

Essential tool
Such a essential tool to my every day business needs
Not bad
Works with no issues. I would maybe change for more noticeable notification sound but it’s not bad. Could also require a phone number from customers not email.

Couldn’t use at all
Signed up for one week free trial, app then made me login and when I was trying to login told me I could resubscribe for 1299 although under my Apple ID was showing I was already in the one week free trial

Retiring app
Just great, Got notification that they are closing down this app soon. Not only that you people mess up with all your site glitches now you’re taking away an easy task for us to reach the customers. It’s time to find a new host people!
Update! nice try.. You tried to debunked what I said by telling us it’s not going away. Just on the site. No one wants to have to log in and check the website when the app is easier. Going elsewhere
