Very disappointed
I chose Quo instead of Ring Central simply because I don’t need all the options Ring Central offers and quite frankly their interface is super difficult. I demoed Quo and was super excited with how easy everything was but unfortunately the actual call quality and texting leaves MUCH to be desired. My calls almost always sound like one of us is under water or far away. Regardless of if I’m on data or WiFi when taking the call. People frequently tell me “you just cut out for 10 seconds” I frequently get notifications saying my text was not delivered so when I go to the text it doesn’t have the red exclamation and the option to resend. So did it send? I have no idea!! Great question.
Also I don’t like how the app merges calls and texts in the same feed. It’s very overwhelming. I’m pretty sure I’m in a 1 year contract as I paid in full for the whole year to save money. I guess another lesson in business I have learned.

Not worth the trouble
While this is a great concept they have made it almost impossible. First registration is ridiculous then they

Warning - can’t receive texts or phone calls, and they are not cooperating to issue a refund.
Signed up expecting to be able to receive inbound text messages or calls but it does not work. I was advised on waiting till the trial period ends, but it still does not work to receive calls or text messages. Quo insists on sending them government id, but that would put me at risk of identity theft as they already have my full name address, credit card, records of text messages received and sent. Pair that with a government issued id, this creates a perfect situation for identity theft especially for someone working inside quo. All it would take is a person working inside quo to use your personal information along with a verification code to take over your personal accounts. The sad part is I paid for an entire year and quo is not cooperating to issue a refund. Will be regularly checking YouTube and other sources for existing class action lawsuits against Quo. If you have been wronged by Quo you are not alone , justice will prevail.
