Do not recommend

I’ve had the worst time working with this company. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the company for over a month and their communication is terrible. Unless you want a horrible headache do not work with this company.

Does not work

Does not work as a alternative to a phone. Also, instructions to cancel are incorrect and it is almost impossible to cancel.

I wouldn’t use it yet

You can’t text. They must verify website and many small businesses don’t have a website. It’s a total PIA.

They safe a FB page is enough, but the page must be embellished, and up to their par. If most businesses were that big, they’d just get a regular phone.

Definitely not worth your time

Horrible Experience

It’s taken forever for my number to port over. You can’t talk to anyone. Number supposed to be ported over and I’m still getting text on my other network. It’s been a few days and should take this long. They’ve sent all these notifications that everything is up and approved…but it’s not!

NO SUPPORT

I have been dealing with an issue for weeks attempting to get my business number approved for text messaging. There is no one to contact and the emails take days to go back and forth. Also advertised that the plan I chose would allow up
To 10 people to use the account for the monthly costs. NO it’s that cost per person. So I pay over $40 a month for myself my one employee to take calls but not text! feels scammy. And we will see if they can get this resolved.
