No much for the money. Horrible customer service

There is not really enough value to justify cost. Way better to get another phone line. If you try to talk to their AI assistant- you’ll get harassed

This is very bad app - FRAUD APP

I have deleted my account few month ago! But I have noticed yesterday that they are still charging me $20 monthly payment!! It's fraud and hard to unsubscribe DO NOT USE IT!!

Great product but no support when freezes

We made a major change to this platform from another service because of the AI features in auto responder. But after several months, it is completely phone shot and died, and we cannot make any outbound calls when in the field. So effectively defeats the purpose of purchasing business numbers when you can’t call from the business number with the caller ID. The only support is who constantly apologizes the AI chat bitcan apologize but can’t solve the issue

Good app but no CALLER ID support

Caller ID is not a part of this app. Your number just shows up as a normal number w/o a name. Should fix it asap.

Response from developer

Hi there! Outbound caller ID is available if you have registered for A2P using your EIN or business tax ID. Please feel free to reach out to Support if you need help getting set up. We are always happy to help!

SCAMMERS

Used them for a few months, service was okay but watch out, when you cancel (even before the next billing cycle) they will still keep charging you. I cancelled several weeks ago, deleting all numbers and this morning they still charged me for another full month. When trying to talk to support chat, it just says they will email me, and they never do. So this morning I had to cancel my debit card and opened an entire new bank account because I don’t trust them. If I was you I wouldn’t trust them either!

Scam. Do not waste your time or money.

This app is a scam. I paid the subscription for months before realizing my number did not stay the same. The support was no help either and led me in circles. My business took a huge financial loss with customers being unable to contact us. There is also no tech support after 5pm or on weekends.

Was once a savings, at a cost; now just an unnecessary cost.

When I first got open phone, all was well- basic and cheap and reliable. Now some years later my price has been steadily increased, they blame features I don’t use, and have blocked me from others that were free in the past. My “final straw” reason for leaving is the 48hr response times on all support inquires. Unacceptable for a business to have unreachable support- and EVERY response adds 48hrs to your ticket life. If they have 3 questions, you’d better plan to be down all week.

great app in theory, riddled with bugs

phantom notifications that won’t go away and laughably-inaccurate voice transcriptions

They STOLE my phone number

These people are pure scamming thieves. They stole my phone number I ported in and had for over TWENTY YEARS!!

NEVER do business with these people!!

Not Reliable

This company sucks. Customer service is non existent and the numbers are always glitching out and shutting down. Not reliable. Do not use for business!

Terrible Customer Service & User Interface…

I was looking for a reliable internet calling app. When properly working this app has pretty decent quality calls. However, I attempted to recharge my service and the option isn’t properly presenting in app and “customer service” said they’d forward it to the billing team but almost a week later there still hasn’t been resolution. Additionally, they charge full price for the subscription but limit calls to 3 a day of an i.d. is not loaded. Whom in their right mind wants to give sensitive information to a 3rd party app and a non regulated company? It’s a ridiculous request.

The appropriate thing to is to set a date limit (90, 180, etc) and if things are not verified in that way then cut all service but don’t have people paying full price for a service and then restricting the service, that is criminal.

Also, customer service can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to get back to you. If there’s a matter expect to recieve half responses or no response at all.

Their internal ui is different than ours. They sent me screenshots for a ui that is not present on their site or in the app. All not useful at all and the problem remains unresolved.

I’ll be looking for a much better app with more pristine delivery and customer care

Unprofessional

I would not use this company if you depend on a correct and timely service. This company has cost me money and time I cannot get back. Beware!

Only meant for small businesses.

Building interfaces into the system causes significant delay and missed calls. Would not recommend for multi location businesses. It is only working well as a standalone for small business

api is really good

better than all the others imo

One of the worst call services

Chooses when it wants to work

No customer support exist

Ported my number , it was scheduled , then port out was completed from current carrier but QUO still shows pending port and now losing business because customers can’t reach , also no support exist except chat bots and voice bots .

Response from developer

Hi Sachin, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way. That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. We have reviewed your ticket, and the Porting team has updated you about your case. They are currently working with your current carrier to identify what happened. Please feel free to respond to the ticket if you have any questions.

Randomly Stops Working- Wanting to upgrade

When app was openphone, it seemed to work fine. Changed to “Quo” and will randomly stop sending messages and decline incoming calls costing us business. Tried to get customer support, but they will only help via phone call when you pay them more $. I would explore a different option.

TFA failure

The app does t work for TFA
It’s very frustrating

Response from developer

Hi Hillary, we are sorry to hear about the trouble. Please reach out to our support team at support@quo.com so we can assist you further.

Bad customer service

I started using them on my Apple iPhone app, but then needed more the functionality so I tried to switch over to the desktop version in canceling it on my phone and restarting it on the desktop app. The system canceled my membership. I ended up without service ended up missing clients text messages trying to services I would not recommend this company they were unwilling to give me any type of credit a refund. I’ll be looking for a new phone app soon.

Lots of delays

I have to be honest that I am very reluctant to use this app for phone calls because the quality is so bad. It is very difficult to have conversations with customers when there’s such a huge delay. There’s also a delay in logging the calls so you get a call and you wanna text the customer back you can’t. Because the log Hasn’t updated yet.
