Painful registration, painful payment system
It says it accepts Visa, but using it required downloading from a list of external payment apps. I tried signing up for two different ones and linking my bank cards, but they each gave me errors for this app. It also only had options for pre-loading cash amounts that don’t match the cost of daily ride passes exactly, leading to forced money wastage. I wasted upwards of 20 minutes trying to just get a simple ride. All other scooter apps I’ve tried had me going within 5 minutes. I ended up walking instead.
It also requires text verification for sign up, but it didn’t send any text the first few times (with a 1 minute wait between each attempt) then the app hits a sending limit after a few tries and you need to take a long wait before you can try to register again. It worked after waiting the 5-10ish minutes, only to run into the problems in the paragraph above.

Beware — Terrible, Dangerous, and Scammy UU
The bikes are very unstable and dangerous because they don’t have blinkers.
Also, the UI is very scammy and charges you a lot more than what you’re expecting to pay. Be careful because there is nothing unlimited about the unlimited ride pass.
Customer support is non-existent.
Terrible product and I won’t be using it again. I’d advise you not to waste your time as well. 100% sure they will go out of business.

骑了1公里，停车点太难找了，太阳很大很难操作APP，停车停了十分钟，扣费了40泰铢，这个钱太离谱了！打车都没这么贵！

Incredibly expensive, a complete rip off don’t download or use these bikes!
