No help or support

With so many of these kind of sites that are practically the same but with different names, it can be difficult to know which ones you have already registered. And this app allows you to create an account with an email or phone number to start playing and to start buying. Well, I bought a package and I was just about to start playing and this mandatory request stating to protect my account bind my phone number which I filled out and it said it was already bond on another account. So I asked customer on it service to help either refund the money or merge the 2 accounts or anything so I could play and they said they won’t help find a solution that I am just out that money. The worst site out there so far and I have been to many do don’t settle for this site when there are sites that there customer service is amazing like Lavish Luck or Jackpot Goo
