Great idea but annoying lag

Hi The app is optimized for Android app at the launched time as we're still struggling startup. We're trying hard to optimize iOS app and made it stable in the stable internet connection. If you're still experiencing the lag, please contact any time in customer chat. We can't beat the multi-billion tech company but please consider our effort to customers and Koreatown restaurants are huge.

Needs major update
Final try - while my main delivery address is saved on the app, when I order food, it pulled a different address based on my exact location. This led to the driver looking a building or two down from mine. I can see the frustration for the driver but this isn’t the users’ fault. The customer support team reached out and basically told me that I needed to make sure I provide the right address… when I did…

I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. Our design for our app is to deliver wherever you are. Every time you connect to our app, it detects exact location where you are. If that confuses you, we're truly sorry. Sometimes Google maps misleads our drivers to different locations but usually no issue at all. Especially like Koreatown, super packed residence area can't work exactly what we wanted. We're trying harder to solve this issue continually with limited human/tech resources. Give us a chat, we will give you nice coupon code!
