Safe yourself time and money until company improves

I’ve done a few Woshes now, and they’ve always been late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s frustrating signing up for a time slot that cannot be promised.

Any attempt to call their customer service lines will not bring you a representative. The only point of contact will be through texting, which even then takes a long time to hear back.

Just save yourself time and money until they become consistent with their scheduling and improve on customer success.

Garbage company and app

Tried to not refund me after claiming my car had been washed… Try to force me to reschedule when I told them I wanted a refund, as if I didn’t even ask. I had to do a chargeback.

Affordable Top Tier Service with Quality Reaults

Recently, I looked into using Wosh as they have a partnership with my resident building and was blown away by the service, user friendliness, and final product.

Upon arrival there were a few issues that slowed down the process and understanding of how it all works (as a first time user) BUT these issues were actually a result from the building which manages the supplies and NOT Wosh themselves.

Luckily, even though my building managers were off for the day the Wosh team was super diligent in responding and to my surprise actually sent an office manager out in the field during Covid 19 to make sure the Wosher (who was also extremely helpful) had the necessary supplies to complete the job.

My car looks like it just rolled out of the factory and I couldn’t be happier with the final result and price I paid which was around $20 for an interior and exterior clean including wheel scrubs.

Thank you Wosh! I’d definitely refer you to anyone who needs remote car cleaning amidst a pandemic and any other time!

Hour Late + WOSHER Left With My Key

Here’s the quick and easy —

The wash itself was decent, but getting it has been a complete nightmare.

Not only was the WOSHER (as they call them) over an hour late, but once the wash was finished he left with my car key.

As I type this I’m here stranded, without access to my car, waiting on the WOSHER to return my key. He’s been gone for over an hour, so I’m not sure how he didn’t notice he had it.

Save yourself the headache and just go get your car washed.
