What's New in Realync? Assign Primary Video in App: Assign Primary status to a unit video when recording it. If a Primary video already exists, the app will show you the current video's details and ask for confirmation before overwriting. Video Frame Text & Links: Corporate users can now add descriptive text (up to 200 characters) and custom, clickable hyperlinks (up to 50 characters) directly to the bottom of the video frame. Other small platform maintenance and performance items.

Why does this app have to be so glitchy and laggy

I like the features that this app has – the live touring, the ability to connect prospect info through rent café, ability to easily create apartments videos. But MY GOD is it laggy. It is basically unusable. PLEASE fix it. Every time I try to watch a video it just stops loading halfway and responding to touch screen. I have to completely restart the app to finish watching a video. When I try to host a video tour and want to pause a video, it loses sound, completely loses connection with the prospect, or just does not allow me to unpause. And it is not only me, my coworkers experience the same issues. Please make the app less laggy and fix bugs!!!
