Spins endlessly
A few weeks ago they “improved” the iPhone app. Now it spins it takes forever to reach a task.
So now a task that 20 minutes to preform requires 40 minutes to log.

Terrible Sync
The app is easy to use and helpful at a time. That syncing is the big issue here. So unacceptable. The sync takes forever!! I advise to take your pictures and then upload DO NOT TRUST THE CAMERA FEATURE. You go offline when there is no good connection and sync once online but guess what TWO DAYS and still syncing.

Worst Business App of All Time
This is easily the worst business software I’ve ever used, which is really saying something considering I’ve spent a lot of time on UKG. I’d suggest starting over from the beginning if I intended to fix this dumpster fire they call “software.” Constantly buffering, deleting data, randomly placing data where it doesn’t go, freezing, etc. I’m about 3/4 of the way through a 12-ish hour workday and at least 45 minutes to an hour of it has been dedicated to waiting on this stupid app to start working again. Don’t waste your time or money, look elsewhere 👍

How hard is it to make an app that works
Extremely buggy
We’re required to use this for work. If you’re able to successfully log in you’re going to find yourself waiting multiple minutes while the app “syncs”. Once you finally get to the page you need it will then freeze, sync again and you will be losing valuable time waiting and waiting to complete an inspection. It gets so frustrating that you just skip the mobile option, take photos and save them to your device and then send them to your inbox so you can slowly complete on a desktop. Such a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating app.
