Extremely buggy
We’re required to use this for work. If you’re able to successfully log in you’re going to find yourself waiting multiple minutes while the app “syncs”. Once you finally get to the page you need it will then freeze, sync again and you will be losing valuable time waiting and waiting to complete an inspection. It gets so frustrating that you just skip the mobile option, take photos and save them to your device and then send them to your inbox so you can slowly complete on a desktop. Such a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating app.

Horrible Update
Since the update this app has become so frustrating to use. Syncing takes forever now when closing out Mo inspections. Way to break something that wasn’t broken.
Worst app for management
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The app always runs slow, never saves progress, constantly crashes, or doesn’t work at all. Biggest pile of garbage ever. Do better.
This is outdated software
As a service manager, who has to use this app every day, this app is terrible and should be completely redone with updated software. I think the only reason this app still exist is because the people designing it are not the people using it. Additionally, large property management companies have unfortunately baked it into their daily processes and the app itself is horrible.

This app is a terrible thing. It doesn’t work half the time I got it uninstall and way too many buttons to push to use it takes forever for it to load no way to upgrade it this is a terrible system

Worst maintenance app ever
Terrible app since update , this app is slow and extremely frustrating. You would think with all the negative reviews they’d make this app better . It’s been 100 times slower and glitchier since the update.

New update makes the long load times even longer
The new update where every subsection has to be loaded in has doubled if not tripled the amount of time it takes to complete any assignments. Please go back to the old layout. The app is already rather sluggish, so adding new things to load has made getting anything done take much longer.

Terrible integration
Be prepared to sign in several times while the system also signs you out. Don’t worry, it will eventually work the 3rd if not the 4th time. Not lying, the system shows success upon integration, but it doesn’t work by saving your login information. While the offline mode works, you’re still going to have to a few bugs and some line items may go missing, you just have to get back online and turn off the offline mode. For users, don’t miss any of their instructions as there are several steps involved that has to be done properly, but again that may not work at first. You have to follow the steps depending on if your online or offline for the app.

App Is Useless
I’ve been using this app at my job for nearly 4 years now. For some reason, the past month or so it won’t let me do my tasks on the app. It automatically takes me to a webpage and even after signing in, it won’t let me use the app. It’s really annoying and support tried to help, but then wanted to share screens and all just because what they told me to do didn’t work. As if I’m not doing it right… lol. Anyway yeah fix the app or just get rid of it!

Worst app ever
I am constantly in shock at how horrifically this app performs. I have had to delete and redownload this app 5+ times because it will just STOP WORKING and is not fixed by a reset. It takes me hours to do tasks that should take 20 minutes. I genuinely don't understand how Leo continues getting corporate contracts when it is so awful to work with. If you are considering this platform for your PM software, do yourself a favor a choose LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.

Everytime I click yes if a unit has a patio the app crashes or try to do pool logs

Never loads, system is user hostile and would recommend any other inspection type app over this!!!
