They made a bad app worse
The previous version was annoying and glitchy and signed you out all the time but the inspections actually flowed in a reasonable way and you could re-upload pictures that failed to seen.
This version is horrible. You have to click on every individual element of an inspection which brings you to another page where you need to select an option then close and go back to the previous screen. It makes no sense to implement such a change.
And when you take pictures in the app and they fail to sync, you need to delete and replace those pictures. Somehow they are on your phone but you can’t access them to re sync them.
Come on Yardi, get it together. This is an awful drain on productivity.

How to set notifications
Have to use other app because of the lag
We were prompted by the app to update to this new app. It has huge latency problems and loading problems that make it very slow and not easy to use if somebody could contact me so I could talk with you about the problems. I’m having with the app I would be grateful to do so. It needs some work before it’s adequate to use in the field.

Where is quality control
The app and the desktop program have gone through a ton of updates so I know they are trying …but this is trash

Horrible app takes way too long to log in and refresh work orders. Wouldn’t recommend using this app if you’re trying to use it to get work done.
