Where is quality control
The app and the desktop program have gone through a ton of updates so I know they are trying …but this is trash

Horrible app takes way too long to log in and refresh work orders. Wouldn’t recommend using this app if you’re trying to use it to get work done.
Huge delays
We were prompted by the app to update to this new app. It has huge latency problems and loading problems that make it very slow and not easy to use if somebody could contact me so I could talk with you about the problems. I’m having with the app I would be grateful to do so. It needs some work before it’s adequate to use in the field.

The app is junk, nothing but problems.
Money waste
This will become one of the biggest sources of money wasted by your company. My staff routinely deals with this system, crashing in the field requiring them to redo Work both an inspections work orders and placing orders
Guaranteed after six months of using this product you can ask every employee using it if they would rather keep it or delete it and 100% of the time they will say yes it crashes that often. I am actually writing this review while waiting on the system to load and or see if it is crashing now.
