Where is quality control
The app and the desktop program have gone through a ton of updates so I know they are trying …but this is trash

Horrible app takes way too long to log in and refresh work orders. Wouldn’t recommend using this app if you’re trying to use it to get work done.
Huge delays
We were prompted by the app to update to this new app. It has huge latency problems and loading problems that make it very slow and not easy to use if somebody could contact me so I could talk with you about the problems. I’m having with the app I would be grateful to do so. It needs some work before it’s adequate to use in the field.

The app is junk, nothing but problems.
Money waste
This will become one of the biggest sources of money wasted by your company. My staff routinely deals with this system, crashing in the field requiring them to redo Work both an inspections work orders and placing orders
Guaranteed after six months of using this product you can ask every employee using it if they would rather keep it or delete it and 100% of the time they will say yes it crashes that often. I am actually writing this review while waiting on the system to load and or see if it is crashing now.

Same but worse
You took the old app and made it slower and crash more
Yardi should be embarrassed
This app is unusable. Users get signed out multiple times a day. Constant crashes. Our maintenance teams hate it. Clearly no actual users were consulted in this development
Broken needs updating bad
Can’t do anything on this app. Yardi is overrated-highly recommend Real Page instead!!!!!
Please fix the logging out.
When you log in there is an option for remember this device for 7 days… it never works. I constantly have to log back into the app which is such a hassle to check work orders. Please fix this. Thank you
Was hopeful this would be better …
This app is incredibly unstable, it crashes more than it works. I can’t even get into my workorder dashboard anymore, I also can’t upload photos, tech notes, or look at unit history without it crashing.
Sync issues are also a very common problem, it seems that if it’s a little data heavy it really just shuts down or freezes up.
The interface has been improved, but given the frustration and time spent trying to get it to work it’s probably the biggest hurdle I have while trying to be productive.

Broken application on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Look somewhere else for your business.
Just as broken as the previous app they abandoned. Moving too quickly on the app will crash it. If you assign inspections too quickly it will crash. I am able to replicate the crash on the legacy and new versions 100% of the time. Currently I cannot use the inspections function after the last crash; it is stuck on a spinning wheel. Work orders remain stuck due to a bug that greys out the start timer. There is a way to access the desktop version through the app by clicking on the blue hyperlink workorder number in the Unit Turn Dashboard however none of the functions in the hamburger menus work. Submitting inspections (The blue screen with the spinning wheel) with photos in them will take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to indefinitely prompting you to have to close and open the app. Uploading too many images at once will crash the app. Sometimes 12 is too many. Sometimes 20 is too many. The limit was removed from the legacy app but it still crashes the app. It looks like no stress testing went into the development.
