You’re better off with paper sips

This app is so counterintuitive it hurts, you virtually can’t do anything on the phone, it does not sync even when it says it is and you have to refresh and close the app multiple times because of freezes and crashes. It take a whopping 45 seconds for the assignees list to pop up and the phone app is extremely limited.

Constantly have to reload the app. It has many glitches.

I shouldn’t have to log in multiple times a day and re authenticate my device each time. I also shouldn’t have to redownload the app every time this happens. Considering you guys get a ton of money how about actually fixing the app to work on a more standardized basis.

1 star until bugs gets worked out.

App is trash. Need to delete, download every other day to sync with the actual task appears.

Horrendous Usability and Performance

This app is incredibly frustrating and tedious to use. Constant issues with syncing even when on good WiFi, regular crashing, chimpanzees running their support team. Only reason I wouldn’t give 1 star is because the UI is meh. Nothing worse than completing a task that needs photos and then come to find out that none of it synced. Creates more of a headache than anything.
