Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall app to get updated lists
Now it has to sync 160 million tasks after reinstalling, before it was only 3.4 million so what changed? It took 20 minutes to access tasks

I highly recommend to my company to change this app and find another. App is no good whatsoever . You reach out to customer service and all they say is we will look into it .blah blah blah .
You’re better off with paper sips
This app is so counterintuitive it hurts, you virtually can’t do anything on the phone, it does not sync even when it says it is and you have to refresh and close the app multiple times because of freezes and crashes. It take a whopping 45 seconds for the assignees list to pop up and the phone app is extremely limited.

Constantly have to reload the app. It has many glitches.

I shouldn’t have to log in multiple times a day and re authenticate my device each time. I also shouldn’t have to redownload the app every time this happens. Considering you guys get a ton of money how about actually fixing the app to work on a more standardized basis.
1 star until bugs gets worked out.
App is trash. Need to delete, download every other day to sync with the actual task appears.
Horrendous Usability and Performance
This app is incredibly frustrating and tedious to use. Constant issues with syncing even when on good WiFi, regular crashing, chimpanzees running their support team. Only reason I wouldn’t give 1 star is because the UI is meh. Nothing worse than completing a task that needs photos and then come to find out that none of it synced. Creates more of a headache than anything.

Always glitching and logging out. Can’t close my phone without the app logging out and asking to fully log back in.
App is horrible
I’ve had issues with sightplan for over a year now hoping they will address the issues I’m having. Task will pop up and never show under your name. I’ve done everything you can think of to try and correct the syncing issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling hard reset, force login single use sign on etc. Support has no idea what I’m talking about when I do call.

Terrible servers app constantly crashes and will not load work order being closed from the app
OK, messy, slow
Constantly loses sync, runs slow, appears to be built to require newest, fastest phones, has to be reloaded constantly in order to maintain current status of work orders. OK conceptually, a pain in the real world.
Task don’t show up all the time on the mobile app
We love this app for submitting work orders and communicating with the maintenance team, however as an assistant property manager I find the app very unhelpful as every time I take pictures for inspections the app freezes and crashes. This causes me to lose all pictures and text I have entered for that section. This app needs major updates and improvements.

No consistency
You want inconsistent service this is the facilities app you want. Always lags, signs you out. Requires uninstalling all the time to get it to work. Glitches cause important features haulting operations onsite. Don’t recommend for anyone.
Trash.
As an employee at a company that relies on this app, it's the bane of my entire work week. It only works about a third of the time. My job requires me to use it daily, and I end up having to delete and reinstall it every other day just to get new projects to appear. What should take 10 minutes often turns into an hour or two of troubleshooting

Poor programming
This app freezes up constantly. It doesn’t allow you to access anything in a timely manner. This is the worst running app I’ve been made to use by a company. I probably lose 1/5 of my weekly labor hours to app loading.

This app is trash. It’s constantly crashing and full of bugs. I wish my company would dump this and get us something else.
