Blood Boiling

I initially registered online for an appointment, but it mentioned an app that was available so I canceled the registration on there app, figuring it would be more convenient. WRONG.

I can’t complete my registration because it says I need to allow access to my camera or photos, but that’s not even an option when I go to the settings; there’s no states available to select when entering your address; there are no races or ethnicities to select; and you can’t submit a message for feedback because it just gives you an error.

When reading the reviews, it looks like these problems have existed going back Several years so it seems there’s no interest in improving the app so why not just get rid of it altogether because it is absolutely useless?

Bad App Design

App straight up doesn’t work, I got stuck with it in an endless loop of using FaceID. Once I broke out of that and went to login it kept saying my password I had recently save to my Passkey wasn’t correct. I tried the website. The website also wouldn’t accept my password. So I try resetting it. The email I instantly opened to reset my password was supposedly no longer valid. App and website are not horribly built.

Not Great

This app seems riddled with bugs and simply foes not function correctly.

So many glitches

App is broken in so many ways: When trying to take a photo of ID/insurance, flow to enable camera access is broken. Clicking next button to update insurance info in profile is broken. And many similar issues. Giving 2 stars, because at least you can book appointments. (But you can’t change time or cancel them!)

Bugs

Missing lots of needed iOS capabilities like accessing my calendar, photos, etc. it asks me to grant access but then there is no way to do so.

FAQ

What kind of medical conditions can be treated?

This app provides access to urgent care for a wide range of conditions, including kitchen burns, sprains, fevers, UTIs, allergies, ear infections, and insect bites. Providers are equipped to handle various non-life-threatening medical needs.

How can I use the app to get care?

You can use the app to locate a center near you, save your spot in line for in-person visits, or schedule a Virtual Visit, which is often available the same day. Walk-ins are also accepted at their centers.

Is there a cost to use the app?

The app itself is free to download and use. The cost of medical services will depend on your insurance coverage and the specific treatment received at the urgent care center or during a virtual visit.

What if I need to see a specialist?

If a provider determines you need care beyond your urgent care visit, they can refer you to a local specialist through their partnerships with a highly rated health system. This aims to provide seamless access to all the care you need.

What is a Virtual Visit?

A Virtual Visit allows you to receive urgent care remotely via telemedicine. All providers have telemedicine training, ensuring you receive the same high-quality care as you would in one of their physical centers, often available on the same day.
