Point caps
Why do you have a point bar that goes up to five, yet at three bars you cap the points? Terrible app find something else out there!
Motivational
This app has helped me see what I am doing and realistically see what I do do. I enjoy the challenge of competing against friends too. There’s some good little advice and training things within it too. Only thing I don’t like is the lower scoring for smaller activities like mediation. That and being restricted to 8 hours a day especially being disabled and not finding it as easy to do other activities. Oh housework should be in it!
Thoroughly loved the app and the challenge our group did over a month. It’s helped me form new good habits.

Wellbeing & fitness - GoJoe review
A huge thank you to GoJoe for supporting us and helping set up a 30-day challenge for our community.
I run a social group for single people across the North West, and we also occasionally join forces with other social groups for events and activities. This challenge has been a fantastic way of bringing people together, encouraging friendly competition, and motivating members to be more active.
What I particularly like is that activities are weighted differently, which helps make the competition fairer across a wide range of fitness levels and interests. We also made a conscious effort to focus on wellbeing as much as fitness, encouraging people to get outdoors, improve their mental health, build healthier habits and support one another along the way. The challenge helped people of all abilities get involved and contribute to their team.
The app is easy to use, engaging, and has created lots of conversation, encouragement and team spirit throughout the challenge.
My only suggestion would be around gardening. While gardening is already included, it currently scores quite low compared to some other activities. There can be a big difference between light gardening and several hours of digging, lifting soil, moving sleepers, wheelbarrowing compost and other heavy garden work. It might be worth considering separate light and heavy gardening categories to better reflect the effort involved.
Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d happily recommend GoJoe to anyone looking to build motivation, community spirit, healthier habits and wellbeing. We’ll certainly be looking at running more challenges in the future.

Well-Being Challenge for online social group
As this Wellbeing Challenge comes to a close, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at GoJoe 😊
From day one, the GoJoe team have been incredibly supportive, helpful and encouraging throughout the whole process. The app itself has been fantastic and this challenge has not only encouraged wellbeing and activity, but has also helped bring people together socially, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and create new friendships and support networks 💚
I would highly recommend both the app and the team behind it, and we will definitely be using GoJoe again for future challenges 💪✨
One small piece of constructive feedback would be around the creative activities section. Sometimes participants were limited on the number of points they could achieve through creative or wellbeing-based activities, which made it a little harder for some less mobile members to keep their scores up alongside more physical activities.
Other than that, it has been a really positive experience all round, thank you GoJoe! 🌟
