Had to pay

If you even wanted to learn you had to pay at least 10 dollars for a month. There are apps that are better and are free. Don’t install if you want to learn for free.

Pay kind of app

I downloaded this app expecting a easy to learn and helpful app and this is what it displays, until you want to actually learn a lesson. From my personal experience, I signed in expecting a lesson, but it expects me to pay for my lessons every month, which is not what I was looking for. I was looking for a free app to learn my lessons. And across this page, there was no X button to get out of that page, instead below, it said "try it for 0.00" and usually I do not want to do that with this app. I am disappointed because this made it seem like a very good app but you have to pay for everything. Please at least add an X button to your paying pages, not everyone wants to pay for everything.

all the promotions and people online claiming u will learn a new language quick are false this app doesnt even teach you just makes u write down things you already know but what if u don’t know anything and need to be taught?

Thank you for your feedback. Gold List is not a traditional language course and does not claim to teach a full language by itself. It is a digital companion for the Gold List Method, where users add vocabulary they want to remember and review it at structured intervals. The Gold List Method has never been about learning a language quickly. It is based on building long-term vocabulary through writing, reviewing, and spaced repetition over longer intervals. We also explain inside the app that this method may not be suitable for everyone. Some learners may prefer guided lessons or ready-made content, while this method is more about creating a structured vocabulary habit over time. We’ll keep improving how we explain the app’s purpose and workflow.

Absolutely trash

Made me spend $10 dollars a month and won’t teach me, this app is just a notebook, you can easily recreate it using a $3 notebook and a pencil. Do NOT buy people saying this works are just brain dead or can’t get off their screen so they buy a digital notebook

Thank you for your feedback. The app does not claim to teach a language by itself. Its purpose is to help users apply the Gold List Method digitally by organizing lists, tracking review times, and keeping the process easier to follow. The method can definitely be done with a paper notebook and a pencil. This app is simply a digital alternative for users who prefer using their phone instead of manually tracking everything on paper. It is totally optional to use, also,it offers free trial to see if it is for you or not. I understand if it did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate the feedback.

Very good app learned Spanish in 2 weeks

Sign in

It won’t let me sign in, I thought it was my phone so I signed in on another app and it worked. It lets me go all the way on the sign in but when it’s talking about trying the gold list method it just freezes and nothing happens, it made me mad so I uninstalled it and tried again but the same thing happened! So personally I don’t like this app if possible I’d give it a zero out of ten since I couldn’t use it.
