Gold Athletics works with middle and high school youth all over the country and have worked extremely hard on maintaining our reputation. Comments like this only hurt the programs and kids our platform assists. We have one touch customer service to help supporters in these situations. I would suggest reaching out to our team for help before assuming the worst.

Buggy login

Can’t setup account on non-max sized iPhone pro. “Get Started” button gets hidden by keyboard and can’t minimize keyboard to tap button. Please shift button up to make usable.

We encourage all users to reach out to our customer service line for app related issues. The simple solution is to tap anywhere in the app that isn’t your keyboard, and the keyboard will disappear.

I always forget my card when i leave the house. Now, i always have my card on me available right on my phone. Very cool. Also, the "explore" tab is very useful. Great app

Offers coming soon …

Purchased it and the offers that I want show up as “Offers coming soon”. They should not charge money or sell the product if offers will come later and at this point I am not even sure when they will come or if it will never come.

I will never purchase another gold card. Nor will I ask my older relatives. It’s complex to use and I see no reason for it to be password protected.

It states I need a join code to use any of the five cards that I purchased. Of course, nowhere in any of the two emails that were sent to me is a join code, or any other kind of code, mentioned.
