I purchased a pack that promised to return my biggest hit after the purchase. I then hit 52T coins with a 500B bet, but instead of receiving my actual biggest hit of 52T, I only received 16B.
I contacted support and explained the issue, but instead of properly investigating the case, they decided not to pay out the amount that was promised by the purchased pack.
I’m not asking for anything extra. I simply want what I paid for and what the pack promised.
Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, if a paid offer promises a specific reward and support refuses to honor it, customers should be extremely careful before spending money on this game.
