Terrible interface, a million different ways you have to login, functions like a website that was never set up for mobile devices. Great dispensary but app couldn’t be more of a pain

They no longer accept their own coupons from their own app and the prices more than doubled overnight. I was shopping here the last two years. It may be time to find a new shop that is a little friendlier to its customers and neighbors.

Easy to download and install. Opens and allows users to install a profile to get you started with ease.
Memory hog
It’s a great application and everything but there’s something wrong with whoever programmed it because it’s really sucking up the memory. I took it off my phone and my memories back to normal. It would go down fast!

Everybody go to Chalice the weed is great and download the app for great deals and updates - I wish the app listed which “Tier” each strain is when clicking on info or at least noted on front picture.
Points program
You quit your points program without giving notice. I have been a LOYAL customer and when I asked in store was told program was stopped and all acquired points were gone. Well I days to them everyone I purchase I say I am a member of the points program yes this time as well as last week and every time. So why am I just now hearing about the point stoppage????

Best Dispensary Downtown
It’s been real good. I like the deals. I like the products. Private Stash has been my favorite. I buy a lot of carts. The prices are real good. I especially like the 60$ bundle they have often. I go through a gram cart in like 2 days , so I’m there at least once a week. They’re always very nice and professional.

Was much better before
Back when you earned points for shopping that you could use towards rewards was much better. This app was just a big expense. Hopefully the audited financials come out soon so we can see how good the NFT sales did and how much longer you all can stay afloat.
