Their customer service is complete nonsense. The worst functioning chatbot I’ve ever used - the federal government is more competent.
I was winning, after a couple of jackpots the game logged me out and I cannot login back in. When I try to reset my password no email gets sent.
When I submit my email on the chatbot it sends me a validation email (to the same email it won’t send me a reset link to) and then ends the chat.
So my money is just gone, my winnings are gone and the free bonus spins I was supposed to have for the next several days are gone.
Complete scam.

The promo got me in and within 24 hours I’m done, never experienced such a terrible casino app. Some people may have had their luck but if I’m betting 3$ a spin and from 186 to 0$ and my biggest win was 12.40 no bonuses at all. I get losing it that’s fine but to not even make it fun and have wins that are less than a third of your bet is outrageous for 180 worth of tries.
