Blank Page Upon Opening the App
Use to works well before but after recent updates, the app just seem to not working. It just displays blank page upon opening the app with nothing to do.
Useless
Movie times on the website and the app don’t match. Impossible to pay. Just not good enough.

And mind numbingly slow.

Fix the app please. The checkout button is not working. It has so many problems as if the management didn’t even care to routinely check the app.

Fix it! The seating plan is a blank screen! I have to sign up all over again and they don’t allow one to untick the receive promotion materials!

There isn’t anything when you click on movies of fastickets. Everything is empty. When you go to fastickets and click cinemas you don’t see any cinemas on the pop up. When you click on movies no movies actually show up.

The app works great. They’ve made plenty of improvement over the years. Very convenient to use
Doesn’t load/open app
This app use to work even tho it was poorly designed and required a lot of unnecessary navigating. It has completely stopped working and does not load up. For a large company like this to fail in such a simple app is disappointing
Unsatisfied
When looking at seat availability, it doesnt allow users to return to the home page or even change the timing without having to restart the app.
In addition, when personal details are placed, it keeps crashing when you restart the app. Forcing users to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times.

The new version claims to fix the bug that crashes the app’s homepage. But it doesn’t. It still crashes.

The app hasn’t been working for a while
Its so frustrating. My phone is updated. The app is updated yet i still can’t access the app to check for movie time. Its 2019 and im not asking for a lot. Fix your app. Its a waste of time as of now.

It was fine until it keeps crashing.
It was doing fine for a year then it keeps on crashing. Please fix. It’s very convenient app to book tickets.

This app really needs an UPGRADE. It crashes all the time. It is nearly year 2020 and for a GSC I am pretty sure you can afford to fix this some how. Really not user friendly and I am disappointed.
