Good… until it suddenly fails
I loved the app, it updated really quickly and regularly, it made banking easier, until it suddenly signed me out and made it impossible to sign back in. I am really disappointed with this, the only reason it isn’t one star is because it is amazing when functioning.

Good, but it would be nice to see budgeting. Maybe income and spending tends. Now that AI is basically free. We should be able to integrate AI into our banking.

Not Accurate Balance - careful
I have noticed when I spend money my balance will take days and days to refresh and accurate balance .
This makes it very difficult to tell exactly how much money you have in your account .
Also lots of declined transactions .

Edit: I do not like this update that we’ve had the last couple of years. The other version was much better.
Love this app! It is so very convenient I can use it on my phone (and I OFTEN do!) as well as my iPad. It is easy to use and I can move money around my account very easily with it, pay bills, you name it. Love it!

Excellent User Interface
I love the design of this app and the way it shows accounts on the home page. It’s super easy to make transfers and do everything else I need. I also just like GWCU in general bc the staff are always so helpful and friendly! :)
