Not very much useful App but I only downloaded to check my balances the app requires more work thanks anyway

As per title.
App doesn’t work!
If I could give this app 0 stars I would! When this app was working it seemed very dull and outdated but now it’s not working at all! I called Goldfields Money and they told me they know of the problem with the app and they’re working on resolving the issue but that was a week and a half ago and it still hasn’t been resolved!

Worst bank and banking app ever used
Sorry to say but Goldfields money and their app is atrocious. It’s currently not working and using a browser to manage my money is such a pain. Low interest rates comes with serious headache and I regret using this bank for daily banking. Would not recommend the bank or the app to anyone. It’s very outdated and lacks all modern features for banking eg there is no osko.

Very old and outdated.
This app appears to not have been updated in around 5 years. The screen isn’t optimised for iPhones, the functionality is off, it tells me an error when I log in saying I haven’t logged off properly (when I had) and asks to try again. I’m hopeful that with the rebranding of Goldfields to BNK Bank that this app gets the refresh it deserves because at the moment it serves very little purpose to me.

What’s the purpose?
The app can only check your balance of change personnel settings, how about transferring funds or paying bills??
