Unusable

I mainly only use the app to check the 401k now. The buttons aren’t visible in certain windows. Went to delete one of my accounts and it asked how I wanted to delete, selected permanent… then I can see that there is likely a button below but the screen isn’t scrollable so you can’t actually delete because someone hasn’t FIT THE UI to newer iPhones.

Unusable - Access Denied Error

Was excited to use the app but after a few minutes I get denied access. It seems fairly easy to use and the features from the desktop version are all on the app, but the app itself is almost unusable with how slow and glitchy it is. Would certainly use it more if it worked.

Help is horrible

App freezes every 5 sec, need to restart app every time I click something, can we except something better here goldman?

Website pretending to be a mobile app

This is the laziest execution of a personal finance/net worth tracking app I’ve seen in a while. Take a look at what JPMorgan Retirement Link is doing and compare it to this.

The GS Wellness app:
1. Requires you to log in every time??
2. Loads what’s effectively the mobile website displayed in the app
3. Doesn’t have any app-specific features or design
4. Is slow to load and buggy to scroll through

Skip the app - go to the website on a desktop.

Material might be good but app is bad

Basically the material and content might be good it might be bad but navigation and use is bad. I’m on the most recent version and modern phone.

Very ‘jittery’ and lack of zoom in all the needed places and not very intuitive.

Clunky

The app has a nice set of features but it’s borderline unusable. The screen jumps around when I try to go to scroll. The navigation is not user friendly. I hope they release an update to make this app more in line with what you are used to for an app in 2024.

Infinite loop of update app

App seems basic enough however I am stuck in an infinite loop of “update your app, please input password after Face” ID but it is impossible to do so. After reinstalling multiple times it still does not work. For such a large company bugs like this reflect poorly on their products….

Goldman updated yesterday and now the app won't open

Goldman updated the app and now it won't open

Great User Interface!

The app is super easy to use and I feel a lot more on top of all aspects of my finances after using it! It definitely gave me a lot more relief for my future planning.

Good website, terrible app

The website is actually really good and makes it extremely easy for me to manage my finances and budgets. However, the app is terrible. Half the time it won’t load and when it does load, it takes forever. It also has weird glitches where if you click on something to edit (for example, you want to change the expense category of a transaction), the view zooms in but then won’t zoom back out when you’re done so you’re stuck in a zoomed in view. The only fix I’ve found is to exit and come back in, which is frustrating especially considering the first issues I mentioned. I started Ayco because Mint is shutting down, but if it weren’t for the fact that the website is really good, I would not recommend Ayco. The app is not even comparable to Mint’s user friendly platform.

Easier than ever to use my Financial Wellness benefit

I didn’t know what to expect when I saw Financial Wellness as a company benefit- and it’s been so much more thorough, comprehensive, and helpful than I imagined. With the app, I can now use the tools and resources more easily. A much better use of my time than mindless scrolling while I’m waiting for my kids cheer practice to end 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

Holistic financial wellness

Beautiful app with easy to navigate pages! Very convenient and fast to schedule calls, go through my financial checklist and decide what area of my financial life to focus on. Great job to the developers and team.
