Good app. No issues.
Perfect to use for the gym and for classes as well.
Golds app stinks
The app stinks because you cannot set your home location for classes and trying to change the location for class schedule is very cumbersome.
Extremely difficult to use
Such a disappointment. There have been several incarnations of this app. In each case it’s easier to use the phone than figure out this disaster.
Unable to add pass to Apple Wallet
After getting a new phone and adding the app back onto it, there’s no longer an option to add my pass to my Apple Wallet. The option was there before and I had it installed. Please fix your app because this is highly annoying.
I’m not happy with the privacy policy
Reading the privacy policy linked on this page, the section 2.a.i.1 states in the last sentence “Trainers may also elect to import their trainees’ contacts and information contained from their contact lists.”

This app is WORTHLESS!
There are more than a dozen clubs, but NO YOU CANNOT ACCESS INFORMATION about any club but your “home club.”
I’m sitting in the club and I can’t access any information about schedules in THIS CLUB because it’s not my “home” club.
Fat lot of good that is.

Okay App
It’s an okay app! It take things a while to load.
My main concern is that I am unable to add my pass to my Apple wallet. It’s frustrating that it gives us the option but unable to add. I have asked multiple people and the have the same problem.

Such a big franchise and such a failure app, disappointing. Spend some money on your app too.
