Unable to reset password
I’ve been unable to reset the password as the link is broken. I’ve tried to reset this with several different ways and different browsers. All links are broken. When entering the new password nothing happens and then I’m prompted to a new message that reads link is now expired. Please fix the coding on this to enable us to reset passwords. Thank you. Aside from this app is great.

Why is it so impossible to reset your password
Doesn’t function
Doesn’t recognize password and it’s impossible to reset it using the app. Even my attempt to do this at a location failed. This means I have to enter the gym every time by giving my phone number instead of scanning the app code. Not recommended.
Cancellation
Do not enter a membership with them. They make it impossible to cancel. Have tried on the phone, in person, and on their website through the app. I “cancelled” my membership only to find out they kept charging me even after I closed my bank account and sent it to collections. Now I have 6 months of charges even after “cancelling” multiple times. I have screenshots of the payments being made as proof and they still are doing this.

Why is this app so horrible? UX/UI is terrible - no Siri integration. No one can enter the barcode. Why wouldn’t you use account id as UID and have the user enter that and then use api to pull the member info? — as a premium membership, it should offer UX/ui and workouts like Future app

Literally impossible to log in

Can’t paste passwords or use autofill and can’t find my gym. I can’t even use the app at all because it fails so hard.
Terrible app
I mean, what the heck is the point of it? How did it even get built? It’s so terrible and follows no iOS conventions. Get a real developer and figure out your ux.
NEEDS UPDATE
App hasn't been updated in 3 years, needs a fix for adding barcode to Apple Wallet, should also have a companion Apple Watch app to make use of barcode more convenient. UPDATE YOUR APP!

This app is a joke
Downloaded this app since this is the only barcode my location uses to gain access at the front desk. It crashes immediately after logging in. It can’t add a barcode to your apple wallet. Says try again later. Since the last update to this app was three years ago, I’m guessing later will be in another 3 years? This is abandoned crapware.

Just signed up for a membership, app is pretty basic which is fine but I’m unable to add my barcode to my Apple wallet! Keeps saying try again later. Please fix this!!!!
Worst app ever
I joined the gym on Monday. I haven’t been able to get on the app because it tells me they can’t locate me in the system but they sure took my $50 fee pretty quick. Fix the problem Golds I know you have funds for it. If you can’t tell I’m frustrated with you.
Garbage App
Amazing that they can’t hire someone to make an app that actually works. Cant even get a physically barcode, and the app is at terrible. Cant believe a gym of this size can’t do more than this infantile UI.
Tech support unresponsive
Unable to load barcode onto app. Sent two tech requests through the app but no response. Appears last update was three years ago? Staff at gym advised rates are going up, almost doubling the monthly cost. Where is the money going? Certainly not into tech development.
Worst app of all time
They should sue whoever they paid to develop this app. It’s absolutely useless. It can’t even find the Fullerton Golds Gym. It doesn’t recognize my bar code. Nothing about this app works. Corporate should be embarrassed.

very hard to use and doesn’t give any info about membership problems/cancelation or what to do.
Useless app
Can’t even use the app to pay membership fees, or cancel membership. Should have a message board for members to interact and leave helpful comments. Only useful feature is to scan in with barcode.
Why am I being forced to use a broken app?
The app just doesn’t work, I can never get past the login screen. They now require you to sign in at the front desk with the app. Bring back the sign in cards or fix the app.
