Charged £1.01 before even getting in the car. Not impressed at all.
Charged without permission
Downloaded the app incase I ever had no cash, put 2 of my bank cards details in got charged my fare then £1.01p on both cards also no idea why!!

Can’t track the booking
Can’t track the booking in the app so useless and I was forced to download the app just to able me to track the taxi as this feature has been removed tracking on the web
Charged me but not even used
I’d give this app no stars if I could! I was trying to use the app rather than ringing as apparently it’s better. Put my details and they’ve charged me £1.01 I know it’s not much however charged for not using the service. As we ended up ringing because timing was less when called.

Ordered a taxi sat outside at pick up point for 25 minutes! rang to ask where taxi was and no answer, will not use this service again!
