Terrible system and non existent customer service
Avoid Goldstar at all costs. Their overpriced system is completely unreliable when I actually needed the kill switch to work, it failed entirely. To make matters worse it takes them weeks just to fix a basic issue, leaving you and your vehicle stranded and vulnerable.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. I was assigned a representative named Nick
But he completely ignored my messages and ghosted me. I have been trying to contact him for months and zero response. Save your money and your sanity - this system is far too expensive for a product that doesn’t work and a company that doesn’t care

Last known location
Not receiving date time or location on "last known location." I need that in case the vehicle is stolen and the battery is disconnected.

Fix issues
Ever since update I’ve had problems disengaging and restarting starter . It’s as if signal doesn’t connect.
App functionality
I have had multiple Sperion produces, this is the first I have had with Goldstar and the app is awful. Can’t add a geofence, can’t update alerting and if I disable the starter I can’t re-enable it. I was stuck out sonewhere and had to fight to load the website on my phone to re-enable the starter. Please add web like functionality.
