Frustration plus
App needs to have adjustable speed for videos. Also needs fast forward button.
It’s horrible
Sometimes it logs me out in the middle of training, sometimes it just won’t even load up. I have constantly had problems with this app and no hope for a update for bug fixes
Too much crashing
Continually crashing so often I can’t study from it. The only way to solve this issue is delete the app and reinstall as it won’t even load after exiting and reopening. The course design is sleek once you get in but first you have to enter a URL or sign in via QR that can’t be found anywhere. The sign in is glitchy without a native sign in, but rather a diversion to an additional page then back to the app.

I have changed my rugby explorer password multiple times and not able to login through the app
Logging in issues
I’ve tried logging in multiple times with my credentials and still couldn’t login also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and logging back in again and it still would not let me to login saying I have the wrong credentials, but I am able to login in just fine when I go to google but the app will not let me login.

Hate it!
I am required to use this app for work but I hate it!!! It crashes on me all the time. It won’t recognize my username and password even though it has never changed for the last year. The app will freeze on me and the only thing I can do is delete and redownload and that is when it rejects my login until all of a sudden it takes it. No rhyme or reason. Worst app ever!

App is slow
App was working pretty well at first, but I guess the more you use it it stays on the home screen it doesn’t move it glitches have to continue to uninstall the app and reinstall it
You’ll be more successful, writing your own app
This is one of the worst recommendations buy a reputable and certified company in the learning industry
App hardly works
I have to constantly delete and redownload the app to get back into the system I use for work. It glitches, removes me from the system while I’m using it. Awful all around.

Decent app for company learning resources
I use this app at my work to do online learning, it works well for staff - it does a good job at remembering where learners are up to with their progress etc.
Wasted Time
Crashes soo much. Have to redownload each time.
App doesn’t open
I can rarely get the app to open and work. I continuously check for updates to resolve the issue and have tried resetting my phone but nothing works. Please work on resolving the issue
Docebo
The Docebo mobile app is convenient for learners who need training access on the go, and it provides a clean, straightforward interface for completing courses and viewing assignments. It works well for basic training consumption, especially for microlearning and quick reference. However, some interactive elements don’t always translate seamlessly from desktop to mobile, which can create minor usability challenges. The navigation could also be more intuitive, with clearer pathways to recently assigned or in-progress content. Overall, the app is a valuable tool, but enhancing consistency and user experience would make it even more effective for our learners.

Functions well
The app functions well overall. We experience a low amount of lag or glitches. I like that you’re able to check into an ILT from the mobile app. The only issue we’ve had is users getting a black white screen upon login. The users will need to uninstall the app and reinstall the app to have the white screen go away to be able to log in. Docebo wasn’t able to troubleshoot and still is an issue.

Need to log in consistently
Even with the app asking me if I want to keep logged in, basically every time I open the app I need to log in again. Very annoying :/
Inconsistent
Some days the app will work on my phone but not my tablet, sometimes works on tablet and not phone…. Frustrating when trying to advance my education and not having a reliable source on the go. Being bound to a desktop isn’t what 2025 is about.
