Almost perfect
For the most part data collection and finding the programs are easier than before. However when a supervisor overlaps they cannot see what behavior techs see on the app. Also, you cannot see the clients programs if you have not swiped to start session. This can be inconvenient. My favorite part is that I can get clients signature before the end of session at a more convenient and less stressful time for the family and client.

If central reach has no haters I’m dead. It almost always has problems on the side of operations, I continuously struggle to have it work
Glitch City
I recommend using the website the geo tag on the app stinks. And you constantly have to update this app. The update always says fix’s glitches but it doesn’t

Cant see my sessions
Normally i dont have many issues with the app but today all of a sudden i couldnt see my sessions, i tried to uninstall and reinstall and now i cant even log in??

Hello! We apologize for your experience. There was a widespread AWS Outage on this date that unfortunately affected many systems including ours. The app remained uninterrupted for the most part but you may have not been able to sync during this time. Thank you for your understanding and for being a CR Mobile user!
