Approval Needed before I get paid?

If I request an instant pay, why do I need approval for it to be sent? Why did I get a Rapid Pay account / card if my money payout isn’t INSTANT???

Advice

This app is great but there’s one downfall. When u try and forget password. No emails are ever sent to change it. It’s been going on for years. Fix that and we’re golden guys. Thanks
