This app is great but there’s one downfall. When u try and forget password. No emails are ever sent to change it. It’s been going on for years. Fix that and we’re golden guys. Thanks

Useful but buggy
The app has its uses, but it is sluggish and sometimes unresponsive. We need to click buttons several times before it functions. Needs to improve its performance.
Update Jan/2026: I can’t even login into my account on my iPhone 16. I reinstalled it. I enter the six digit security code sent to my email, but nothing happens. I keep this app because its uses, but it is one of the worst apps in my phone.

New update - terrible
Not sure what’s going on but I can’t see total hours worked or last punch in. The new update is terrible i rather have the old app revert back. Already emailed technical support.

The Current hours do not display ! App still displays last year has not update to 2026
Multiple issues logging in, bad customer service.
I called because Face ID wouldn’t log me in. It would scan my face but then stay at the login screen. The customer service agent talked to me like I was the problem. So I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it. Now when I open the app, a pop-up comes up that says “successfully logged out”, whether I logged out or not, and once again the facial recognition recognized my face, but then stayed in the login screen. The software has done the same thing through multiple iterations of iPhone and multiple software updates.

I think the app could be better used if tabs were more clearly labeled.
Not worth it
They don’t actually do what you think they will do. Accessing your pay is difficult and the site is not user-friendly. If you work the weekend… Forget it you can’t access your money. No customer service on weekends. So you’re stuck until Monday to get any answers. And stuck waiting for you pay anyway.

The PAY ON DEMAND takes SEVERAL days unless you get their little card… You know with the fees, etc.
There is no way around it… You get your money quicker on the card so GET THE CARD AS SOON AS YOU SIGN UP because it takes 7 to 10 days for delivery of the FEE card. Just another way to take advantage of people who work paycheck to paycheck. They don’t even offer a mobile online card in the meantime.
