Network error

The app doesn’t work anymore. Whenever I open the app it says “network error” and that I need to connect to the internet. I’m connected the internet. I am forced take data via their website now. Not that I liked this app to begin with, but it did help me from graphing all the time.

Much easier to use

Now that we can tell when a program was last run it makes it less time consuming to run programs.

Terrible to use

I have been using Thread since it’s beta era. I loved the old Thread and love their website. BUT I hate hate hate this new app. I cannot even log in to use the app to begin with. My therapists are losing data as someone things are not syncing. Old mastered targets are showing up again as new targets. Criteria shown on the program did not match across the information on the graph and on the program description. I no longer can see the date the program was last run. I don’t know why they had to discontinue the old app. It was working fine and was user friendly, but now everything is so complicated. I really wanted to love the new updates but now I can’t even deal with this app anymore…. Very sad and stressful

Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Taking away the other Thread app was the worst thing this company could have done. It’s honestly like you took all things good about the old app and threw it out the window, because who needs software that works quickly and efficiently?? That just makes WAY too much sense!! This “new” app is just the web version, which is slow, glitchy, and inefficient to say the least. It’s inefficiency slows down sessions to the detriment of the client. Instead of “actively compiling” suggestions and complaints to address, JUST BRING THE OLD APP BACK!!

Junk compared to old app

The original Thread was AMAZING! So intuitive and user friendly. This is ugly, hard to navigate, not intuitive and frankly a pain. We went back to collecting data on paper.
