Great game, horrible app

The game is awesome save for a few annoying glitches. The app on the other hand is an unmitigated disaster. Terrible messaging system makes it hard to communicate with other players, the avatar selection is very limited when it comes to clothes and accessories, plus it glitches like crazy. There is a way to make suggestions and engage the developers but I have yet to hear back from them on any attempts to engage, the only way to get them is on Discord where they are only marginally better at communicating. An amazing game, but totally dropped the ball on the companion app.

App simply does not work!

Dont get me wrong, the vr app for this game is absolutely amazing and its 100% worth buying! I wanted to download their app from the app store to modify my avatar in game. However, when it came time to connect, it showed a code in the VR I needed to put on the phone and it simply did not work after many attempts. I thought I was going insane so I let a couple of friends try with no luck! FIX YOUR APP PLEAAASEEEE.
