Great game, horrible app
The game is awesome save for a few annoying glitches. The app on the other hand is an unmitigated disaster. Terrible messaging system makes it hard to communicate with other players, the avatar selection is very limited when it comes to clothes and accessories, plus it glitches like crazy. There is a way to make suggestions and engage the developers but I have yet to hear back from them on any attempts to engage, the only way to get them is on Discord where they are only marginally better at communicating. An amazing game, but totally dropped the ball on the companion app.

App simply does not work!
Dont get me wrong, the vr app for this game is absolutely amazing and its 100% worth buying! I wanted to download their app from the app store to modify my avatar in game. However, when it came time to connect, it showed a code in the VR I needed to put on the phone and it simply did not work after many attempts. I thought I was going insane so I let a couple of friends try with no luck! FIX YOUR APP PLEAAASEEEE.

Crashes while linking to headset, won’t load at all on iOS , but no issues on android so far

I am only giving this a one star because I cannot get the app to open. When I try to open the app it says please wait and then automatically closes. I am using an IPhone. Any suggestions?

Après avoir mis le code, et le jeu inique qu’il est bien Linkté. Par contre l’application sur ios crash. Lorsque je veux réouvrir l’application, ça indique donwload, et ensuite ça crash. Donc impossible d’aller plus loin dans l’application.

Multiple downloads and deletes. Will sync then just crashes and never lets me into my account.
You should at the least create a web portal to emulate the app or something since you know this doesn’t work but for a small minority of players. Some support would be nice.

What is wrong with this app? It won’t open. I wish the developers would fix it.

The app itself seems to be ok as far as content but you have to repeatedly delete and reinstall on iPhone to get it to work…app only seems to load once per use.

J’ai télécharger l application on m’a demander un code qui est dans le jeux. Dès que le code a été entrer l’application c’est fermer et depuis chaque fois que je veut ouvrir c’est seulement une page noir rien ne ce passe dutout. Et quand je vais voir dans les jeux sa me dit que l acount est bien link.

App won’t load
After the first time entering the app, it won’t load during any other attempt to open the app. This could be a good companion to the game if it properly worked.

Don’t wanna give a bad review incase it’s just my phone. Plus I know you guys are working the kinks out. But I can’t get the app to work for me and been looking forward to using it.
Simple and useful but glitchy
It was easy to set up my avatar and I love the stat tracking. My only issue at this point is now when I click the app I get a blank screen. I am going to try deleting the app and reloading it, but this is a frustrating 1st go around. PS.. the new features to the golf game are AMAZING. The developers listened to the people and addressed some critical improvements. Hands down the best VR golf experience out there!
