Can’t load my event details
First the app kept telling me to update, but when I click update it opens the App Store with the same version I already have. I cancelled out of that loop and from the app downloaded the Orlando event. I then click join and it says “please enter your registration e….” Nothing I do shows the full text but I assume “e….” Means my registration email, which I enter. It says not found, even though that’s the email address my registration confirmation was sent to. The only other identifying info from that email was my confirmation number. I enter that and same thing, says not found. I’m stuck and have since deleted the app and given up.
