Instructions?
No idea to set this up. Doesn’t come with instructions. Instructions via a web search say to hit the big yellow “calibrate“ button in the app. There is no big yellow calibrate button. What now?

Golf courses are very glitchy but training and practice works pretty well

Constant crashing
Almost impossible to play a full round. Have had this for a couple weeks now and mid round it will either freeze completely or shots will go negative yards even if in the fairway. Getting pretty annoyed with this.
Doesn’t work
This app sucks. Returning everything and getting something better.
Don’t spend your money or waste your time
Can’t get through nine hole courses without it freezing. Mat is cheap and not durable. Customer service just tells you to delete app and redownload. Spent two weeks and worked through multiple customer support tickets and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Technology just isn’t there. Incredibly disappointing.

Just getting into golf
I am just getting into golf and don’t always have the time to go to a course or range so this has been perfect and when I do go to courses with friends, I’m not terrible!
One of the only honest reviews
I would have given this lower stars if I could. It would never track my swing and on the rare occasion it would the info would be completely incorrect it does not look at how fast you swing it just looks at where you hit the mat. And also the mat gets destroyed in about 50 swings or my 2nd time using it. I could perfectly hit the mat and if it would read it it would say I hit like half the mat. Overall a terrible product I like the idea it’s just a terrible execution.

Durability
It’s alright. I’m extremely new to golf so my swings aren’t very consistent. With that being said, the durability on these things are terrible. Granted, I suck, but the fact that one bad swing way behind the ball at the edge of the mat basically ripped a golf ball size hole into the mat should say something. On top of that, yardage is incredibly inaccurate and so is swing path, club face info, it’s all inaccurate. I literally wanted to test it for fun to see if I opened my club extremely and swung to see what it would say and it said super closed. It makes no sense. I did the opposite and closed it extremely and it literally ripped up the mat from 2 inches behind the ball to an inch in front of the ball. It’s unusable now. I had high hopes when buying this thing. But even on good swings, it was still terrible. Highly don’t recommend this product.

This is my first ever app review and I wish it was because it was good. I’ve had this less than 24 hours and couldn’t be more disappointed. My experience isn’t unique because the reviews are the same for 2 years. If it felt like there was hope for fast progress I might stick it out, but I’m not allowing them to keep my money. They spammed everywhere with ads because of Father’s Day and they know their product is trash and I won’t support that. To top it all off my wife is upset because this was a very thoughtful gift from her and I’m returning it.

Matt broke in 25 swing
The app is amazing. Just the Matt broke very quick only about 25 swings and my mat ripped right behind the dot.
Was excited…but then…
“Mat undetected” despite it clearly in the picture. I’ll keep trying because in theory it’s a great idea.

So the app works great for me but ever since this update I can’t get it to load back in. It says i need to update it gain

This app works very intermittently. Flip a coin. It is 100% one of the worst apps I have used. I had nothing but trouble with the app. Way more trouble than it is worth. The mat is not very durable. I regret wasting my money on this product.

Great Concept, Unreliable Execution
I really wanted this to work, but after spending the weekend with it, I ended up returning the unit to Dick’s Sporting Goods. While the concept is excellent, the technology simply hasn't caught up to the idea yet.
Performance & Accuracy
The shot to shot latency wasn't an issue for me, it averaged about 10 seconds, which I found acceptable. However, the data accuracy was consistently poor. I would hit a pure iron shot only for the app to register a “toe" hit. There was a frequent disconnect between reality and the screen. The app would often show the ball impacting a completely different spot on the mat than where I actually struck it.
Troubleshooting
I tried everything to fix the calibration issues. I adjusted the mat positioning, moved the tripod, and experimented with different distances. I even cleared the entire area of any background objects to ensure the camera had a clean view, but the misreads continued regardless of the environment.
Hardware & Battery
Another significant drawback is the power consumption. The app drains phone battery incredibly fast, making long practice sessions difficult without being tethered to a charger.
Final verdict
If you’re looking for meaningful data to improve your game, this isn't there yet. It feels more like a proof of concept than a finished training tool. Maybe in a few years this’ll work.

Can’t play nine hole courses
Broke before 30 swings
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! I bought it and was super excited to use it but it took all of 17 swings with a 9 iron to break the sequences off the mat. Plus the feed back it gives you is extremely inaccurate. I would look at what the mat looked like then see what the app saw and it would be something completely different. Fix your product.
